The inauguration of Sanoh America, Inc.
We are pleased to announce that pursuant to a corporate reorganization of our Japanese parent company’s global operations, the legal name of HiSAN, Inc., will officially change to Sanoh America, Inc., effective November 1, 2006. In Addition effective November 1, 2006, we are changing the name of our wholly owned Canadian subsidiary of HiSAN of Canada, Ltd. to Sanoh Canada, Ltd., and the name of our wholly owned Brazilian subsidiary from HiSAN do Brasil Ltda. to Sanoh do Brasil Industria e Comercio de Produtos Automotivos Ltda. These changes involve a corporate name change only, with no other immediate changes to any of our existing business operations and business relationships in North and South America. |
